THERAPY APPROACH
I offer individual, group, and family support services. While I provide two areas of specialized support, therapy is not limited to one thing. Regardless of the reason you reach out, you will be met with non-judgment and a deep respect for the fact that you are the expert on yourself.
Since 2014, I’ve focused on a person-centered approach that values the therapeutic relationship as a path to growth. Through humor, self-compassion, and mindfulness, I blend techniques from humanistic, strengths-based, and solution-focused models. I am a gender and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, and an ally to all neurodivergent individuals, utilizing a developmentally appropriate approach when necessary..
Each person's focus areas and support needs are unique, and you will receive compassionate collaboration to confidently explore your individual challenges and victories, leading you toward greater authenticity and a renewed sense of self. For more information about my specialized support,

MATERNAL MENTAL HEALTH THERAPY
The perinatal journey encompasses plans to conceive, pregnancy, and the postpartum period, and is often marked by diverse experiences unique to each mother or birthing person. I provide a supportive space to explore and process this life-changing transition. And while this season can be beautiful, it’s also hard in ways few people talk about. If you’re feeling anxious, tired, or simply not yourself, therapy can help you find comfort, balance, and strength. You deserve to feel supported as you care for yourself and your baby.

Wherever you are in the timeline of the perinatal season, you may find you are experiencing feelings related to:

-
Anxiety about pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting
-
Mood swings, irritability, or depression
-
Feeling overwhelmed or unprepared
-
Loneliness or isolation
-
Identity shifts that feel confusing
-
Pressures to be the "perfect" parent
You are not alone, and we will face this journey together.

YOUNG ADULT & COLLEGE SUPPORT
College can be exciting—but it can also feel like too much. Between classes, relationships, and figuring out your future, it’s easy to feel anxious, lonely, or burned out. You do not have to navigate this transition alone.

I offer a supportive space where you can:

-
Talk through stress, anxiety, or depression without judgment
-
Figure out who you are and what matters to you
-
Navigate friendships, relationships, and family struggles
-
Strengthen executive functioning skills that add to academic and personal stress
You don’t have to have it all figured out right now. Therapy can provide you with tools, perspective, and support, enabling you to feel more grounded and confident during this season of your life. Together, we will collaborate and explore coping skills so you don't have to feel so weighed down and find balance when school and life feel overwhelming.
