TEEN THERAPY AND FAMILY SUPPORT
$160 per 50 minute session
Being a teenager is tough. This period of time is rife with changes and transitions, which can be confusing, lonely, and stressful.
In therapy, you will have a space to explore challenges related to anxiety or depression, identity development, navigating relationships with friends and family, and managing school.
You will learn and identify coping skills that can support your emotional regulation, relationships, and increase overall satisfaction within your life.
Family support is a necessary and recommended part of the process when I work with teens. Collaboration is crucial for the overall efficacy of treatment. This support might look like expanded communication, family consultations, and/or family sessions though support can vary for all families and teens.
