Hi! I'm Sara. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and am dedicated to mental health support.
I am passionate about providing a therapeutic space that creates opportunities for increasing balance and living with ease in your life.
Balance? Living with ease? You're kidding, right? So often, these concepts feel entirely out of our reach. Have you ever thought to yourself: "If only my life were like...", "If only I were less stressed…", "I'll get to that, once I get to this or when that is over..."
Our daily lives demand many roles and responsibilities, frequently coupled with a sense of urgency that can feel defeating. Maybe your inner narrative screams, "Do more!", "be more!" Life's expectations can leave little time for anything else. Our chronic busyness or overwhelm can cause feelings of stagnancy and exhaustion and cloud our ability to identify our needs.
If you find that you are feeling stuck or are experiencing feelings of chaos, stress, or anxiety in your daily life, I am glad you are here. If you are constantly overstimulated or dysregulated and curious about how to change your life, I am so happy you are here.

Your well-being is a priority. Since 2014, I have provided therapeutic support from a client-centered approach highlighting the therapeutic relationship as a vehicle for change. Humor, self-compassion, and mindfulness practices are often incorporated into support services.
Other approaches I utilize include themes and techniques derived from humanistic therapy, strengths-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavior therapy (CBT).
